Common questions

Prices aren't detected. Hold the phone steady with the price tag well lit, in focus and inside the frame in the middle of the screen. HowMuch shows the most prominent price in view.

Wrong currency. Tap either currency pill at the bottom of the screen to pick a currency, or tap ⇄ to swap them. In the “from” picker, “Use my location” detects the local currency.

Are the rates exact? HowMuch uses daily mid-market reference rates. Your bank or card may charge a different rate plus fees.

Restore a purchase. Settings → HowMuch Pro → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.

Cancel a subscription. Settings → HowMuch Pro → Manage Subscription, or in the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions.
